I wouldn't even bring this up exept for the fact that the ETFS Physical Platinum Shares ETF has been outperforming the GLD since early November with the outperformance accelerating since Dec. 28:
When did this round of platinum coin chatter begin?
One saving grace for soon-to-be platinum traders, the ETF is coming up on resistance setting up the au contraire trade.
(With Au being the chemical symbol for gold there's a pun in there somewhere)
