EIA Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report: Above Average Injection, Futures Tank

June futures down 13.4 cents at $4.606. We continue to prefer the equities to the futures. the First Trust ISE-Revere Natural Gas Index ETF we use as a proxy is down 1.19% at $22.33. Yesterday the ETF was up 1.71% despite the futures dropping 5.9 cents.

By-the-bye, today's injection was not that much above consensus, reported to be around 71Bcf and not nearly enough to rebuild supplies by the next heating season. More to come this afternoon.
